This is a private console for keeping your own honest observations: what you noticed, what you decided, what changed. You write when you choose to. What you write is kept in your account, encrypted, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

What membership changes

Without it you can hold ten conversations a day on any one guide. Each guide counts on its own, and the count clears twenty-four hours after you started, not at midnight. For most men reading one page about one thing, that is enough and always will be.

Membership raises that to a hundred a day across the whole network at once, wherever you happen to be reading. It matters when a man is dealing with more than one thing, which is usually the case: the drinking and the job are rarely separate problems, and neither is the body that has been carrying both.

The second half is this console. Without it, what you work out on a Tuesday is gone by the time you come back, and the guide starts from nothing again. With it, what you write is kept in one place across every guide in the network, so you can look back at what you actually wrote rather than what you now remember writing. Memory is not neutral about this: it edits in your favour, and a written line from three weeks ago does not.

What it costs

Reading the current price…

One annual membership. There is no monthly option, no trial that becomes a charge, and no advertising anywhere in the network.

Start

Enter your email address and a single-use code is sent to it. Entering an address you have not used before creates your account as a free member, so you can look around the console before you pay for anything. There is no password to invent and no social login.

Used to send your code and to recognise your account. No marketing, no tracking, and not passed to anyone beyond the service that delivers the email.

What you should know before paying

Membership is charged once a year and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you have paid for runs out. Anything you have written stays yours: exporting it is one button, and so is deleting it.

This console is software. It is not a clinician, not a therapist and not an emergency service, and it is not a clinical protocol. The safety page sits outside the membership and is always reachable, whether you join or not.
