This page is outside the membership. It is never behind a sign-in, never behind a payment, and never limited by how much you have used the console.
What this console is not
contented.guide is software. It is not a clinician, not a therapist, not a crisis service, and not a monitored human. Nobody reads what you write in it. It gives no diagnosis and no professional advice, and it is not a clinical protocol.
If you are in immediate danger
Contact your local emergency services now. Then tell one person who is physically near you — someone in the same building, the same street, the same shift. Being with another person changes the next hour more than anything typed into a browser will.
If it is medical
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness on one side, slurred speech, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a sudden change you cannot explain: treat it as urgent and get medical help. If you are unsure how serious it is, assume serious.
Why no phone number appears here
Emergency and crisis numbers differ by country and change over time. A wrong number printed confidently is worse than none, so this page routes you to your own local services rather than naming one. That rule holds across the whole network, in the console and in every SI (super intelligence) reply.
